Direct Metal Laser Sintering

Streamline your manufacturing with precision plastic and metal 3D printing, rapid prototyping metal prototypes and low-volume metal production parts that would be impractical or cost prohibitive to machine. We create metal parts using a fiber laser fired onto a metal plate, repeatedly adding layers of powdered metal and fusing them to previous layers.


Selective Laser Sintering

Selective laser sintering (SLS) is one of our most popular prototyping methods because of its throughput and capacity for delivering on large projects. During SLS, 3D objects, large and small, are created with tiny particles of powder.


Fused Deposition Modeling

Fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology is highly accurate for smooth surfaces using engineering grade or high-performance thermoplastic. This plastic material is chosen for its strength, flexibility, resistance (heat, chemical or UV), electrostatic properties, medical safety, and more.


Polyjet Printing

A polyjet printer works like an inkjet printer, but instead of ink it deposits liquid photopolymer, which is then cured with UV light. By building up layers, the Objet, a polyjet professional 3D printer, creates a 3D part.
