Job Description:

MCT is looking to fill an Additive Manufacturing Programmer/Operator position, whose primary responsibility, will be to program for, operate, and support: SLS, FDM, SLA, Polyjet, and MJF equipment in our highly advanced Rapid Prototyping department.  Most of our software is industry specific.  We will train the ideal candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare build files using specialized CAD/AM
  • Evaluation of build setup to maximize profit while minimizing rework risk.
  • Setup, operation, and support of additive manufacturing equipment.
  • On completion of build, readying the machine so another print can begin.
  • Scheduling jobs and managing machine utilization.
  • Assists engineers and technicians with tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years CAD/CAM experience or current enrollment/completion of technical degree.
  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.
  • Work must be completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Must maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing is a plus but not required.

Applicant will join a growing manufacturing team that is serving some of the largest OEMs in the aerospace, defense, medical, agricultural, recreational and consumer industries.  This engineer will be responsible for identifying efficiency/improvement opportunities and leading team members to drive process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles.  Focus areas would include but not be limited to; interval or lead time reduction, reduction of human errors, process re-designs or refinements to reduces process steps and eliminate process waste.  The continuous improvement engineer will also teach and apply Lean Six sigma principles to create a Lean culture of self-sustaining processes.  This position requires a self-starting individual to take on a fast-paced team with challenging and changing customer requirements.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Document current processes and proposed improved processes.
  • Implement process management and process improvement initiatives following Lean Six Sigma Principles.
  • Create new self-sustaining processes that identify and track relevant KPIs.
  • Lead process changes, improvements and champion communication inside organization, at all levels.
  • Train and mentor employees as they apply Lean methodology to problem solving and project execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Lean/ Six Sigma Black belt certified.
  • Trained in Lean Six Sigma Principles (Five S’s, Waste Reduction, Error/Mistake Proofing, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, A3 Problem Solving, Value Stream Mapping, KAIZEN, Lead Time Reduction)
  • Experience in developing various process documentation (SOP, ISO, etc.)
  • Experience in operational performance evaluation (efficiency/utilization)
  • Experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies

Job Description:

MCT is looking to fill a Quality Engineering Technician position, whose primary responsibility, will be to inspect products, complete First Article Inspections (FAIs), and work on Corrective Actions. This is a higher level quality position that will act as an in-between person for the shop and Quality Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Complete FAIs of finished products before they get shipped to the customer.
  • Perform dimension inspections per drawing and work instructions.
  • Completion of inspection documentation.
  • Help with documentation control.  Write detailed work instructions and keep them up to date.
  • Identifies and solves Quality issues.  Including root causes analysis on corrective actions.
  • Calibration of equipment
  • Handle in-process inspections.
  • Help reverse engineering by 3D scanning products.
  • Use Romer Arm with measuring software to inspect more complicated parts.
  • Makes sure all NCRs are recorded on proper NCR log sheets, as well as main NCR log.
  • Helps out in other areas as needed.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in a quality related field, or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge on how to read a blueprint, including understanding GD&T.
  • Have quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. AS9100D experience is a plus.
  • Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other gauges is required.
  • Must keep a professional attitude.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
  • CAD knowledge required.
  • Work must be completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Must maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Be observant and technical.

Summary:  The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for selling MCT’s complete service and value solution. This role is on the sales team and is focused on aggressively acquiring new business.  More specifically, the BDR will be expected to hunt down new leads, convert those leads into qualified sales opportunities, and follow behind marketing campaigns.  While some tools will be provided to assist in finding those leads, a “hunters” mentality and creative spirit are required to search for the right people to engage with.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

  • Conducting heavy outbound telephone and email activities.
  • Presenting the company overview to interested prospects via web / phone conferencing.
  • Qualification of all new inbound leads within 30 minutes of occurrence, along with proper disposition.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and then converting / distributing this information to the MCT sales engineers or outside sales team as appropriate.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 5+ years’ work experience with bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing formal QA processes, procedures and best practices from the ground up.
  • Proficiency in risk analysis tools and techniques (e.g. FMEA, Fault Tree, Pareto diagrams, cause-and-effect diagrams, 5 whys, etc.)
  • AS9100 experience preferable.
  • Experience in Continuous Improvement activities preferred but not required.
