Job Description:

MCT is looking to fill an Additive Manufacturing Programmer/Operator position, whose primary responsibility, will be to program for, operate, and support: SLS, FDM, SLA, Polyjet, and MJF equipment in our highly advanced Rapid Prototyping department.  Most of our software is industry specific.  We will train the ideal candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare build files using specialized CAD/AM.
  • Evaluation of build setup to maximize profit while minimizing rework risk.
  • Setup, operation, and support of additive manufacturing equipment.
  • On completion of build, readying the machine so another print can begin.
  • Scheduling jobs and managing machine utilization.
  • Assists engineers and technicians with tasks as directed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years CAD/CAM experience or current enrollment/completion of technical degree.
  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.
  • Work must be completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to work weekends and overtime as required.
  • Must maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Knowledge of Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing is a plus but not required.

Sales Full-Time

As a Sales Rep at Midwest Composite Technologies (MCT), your primary responsibility will be on outbound sales activities to acquire new business.  This responsibility will require successful engagement with OEM engineers, department leaders, project managers, and buyers to support their product development, prototype, and production manufacturing needs.  You’ll work at our corporate headquarters in Hartland, WI alongside sales engineers, production teams, and the executive leadership team.

Summary:  The Sales Rep is responsible for selling MCT’s complete service and value solution and bringing on new customers with significant incentive upside for top performers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Create new business opportunities and then convert them from prospects into customers.
  • Build and develop business-to-business relationships quickly.
  • Present the company capabilities to prospects via web / phone conferencing.
  • Qualify all new inbound leads.
  • Meet all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually established revenue objectives and other KPI’s.
  • Ability to identify key decision makers, influencers, and economic buyers along with the project scope and timeframe on opportunities.
  • Maintaining an awareness of competitive service offerings.
  • Utilize MCT’s CRM, Salesforce.com, for all appropriate account management activities.
  • Participating in assigned internal / external sales events; tradeshows, facility tours, customer visits, etc.
  • Demonstrates commitment to MCT’s core values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values.
  • Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attend all safety trainings related to the job.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
  • Sales experience with technology or manufacturing in a business-to-business environment preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced highly innovative business environment.
  • Ability to engage in, understand, and convey technical concepts to customers.
  • Strong verbal, written communications and interpersonal relationship building skills.
  • Experience utilizing SalesForce.com desired.
  • Proficient in “Microsoft Office” products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Highly motivated, able to work well within a team environment, and to develop strong working relationships across all levels.
  • Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Travel:

  • Travel requirements: Approximately 10-15% for attending off-site customer visits, meetings, and tradeshows.

Sales Full-Time: Central Region

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Midwest Composite Technologies (MCT), your primary responsibility will be outbound sales activities to acquire new business.  This responsibility will require successful engagement with OEM engineers, department leaders, project managers, and buyers that support their product development, prototype, and on-demand production manufacturing needs.  You’ll be based out of MCT’s headquarters in suburban Milwaukee and travel extensively within your assigned geographical region.  You’ll also have a team of engineers and inside sales people to support your efforts.

Summary: 

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business by leveraging MCT’s industry leading technologies via direct sales.  Strategic direction and consultative approach combined with the highest levels of business acumen will be the recipe for long-term growth and success.  This position is a senior member of the sales team and is expected to sell direct to end users.  The individual will proactively manage a geographic territory for maximum sales by generating new sales opportunities, conducting face-to-face client visits, prospecting for new contacts, maintaining regular contact with existing accounts in the territory, and obtaining new referrals from satisfied customers.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree or a minimum of five-years of outside sales experience calling on OEM’s and their suppliers. Knowledge of additive manufacturing and new product development processes are a huge plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet annual sales quota by selling the full suite of MCT’s services.
  • Assess needs and identify companies and organizations where MCT offers most strategic value.
  • Assist clients in identifying applications that are a good fit for MCT services.
  • Help prospective and existing customers understand the unique possibilities that MCT’s services enables.
  • Manage customer relationships to support their success and further adoption of MCT’s services.

Requirements:

  • Successful track record and comfortable with complex, consultative engagements advocating for adoption and driving utilization of a new technology.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and verbal / written communication skills including technical.
  • Professional, patient, and exceptional listener when interacting with customers and partners.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and passionate about new manufacturing technologies and the positive impact they can have with a client.
  • Ability to be flexible with a very dynamic, fast-growing company.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor of Science degree or 5+ years of outside sales experience calling on OEM’s and their suppliers.
  • Knowledge of additive manufacturing, materials, and the new product development process.
  • Experience working in strategy consulting.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com.

Function:

Responsible for assembling a product or components of a product and finishing the product through priming, lamination, gluing, sanding, trimming, glazing, and other processes. May perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all or most of them, rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.

Reports To: Supervisor, Finishing

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares parts for painting by sanding and sandblasting and filling with epoxy and polyester filler
  • Assembles rapid prototype, fiberglass and injection molded parts
  • Gel coats, Laminates and de-molds composite/ fiberglass parts
  • Trims rapid prototype, fiberglass and injection molded parts
  • Installs brass inserts in rapid prototype, fiberglass and injection molded parts

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of hand tools and other equipment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Willingness to be flexible and apply new programs and technology.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Able to read blueprints.

Training:

  • forklift certification preferred

Working Conditions

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is often required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Requires individuals to balance and bend at waist. Work requires the use of hands in carrying out duties. May require the use of knees. Must be able to lift or carry up to 60 lbs. Must be able to see fine detail and pass a hearing test. Employees wear PPE and respirators daily in the course of completing their duties.

Company Supplied Equipment:

Steel-toed boots, ear plugs, respirators, and safety glasses.

Work Environment:

The work environment uses heat, oils to skin, and fumes, odors, dust, chemicals, and other atmospheric conditions that can affect the respiratory system. Must be comfortable moving around moving machinery and not afraid of heights. May work in extreme heat and noise conditions.
