Industrial Maintenance Technician

  • Implement and sustain a preventative maintenance plan for production equipment
  • Assist with installations of new equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery
  • Requirements: Current enrollment or completion of technical degree

Rapid Prototype Technician

  • Setup and Operation of rapid prototype machines including SLS, FDM, SLA and DMLS machines
  • Maintain prototyping equipment
  • Assembly of detailed components
  • On the job training
  • Requirements: HS Diploma and GED

Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Review, schedule, and process invoices upon receipt
  • Receive in packing slips and match to corresponding invoices
  • Accurately enter invoices into accounting software
  • Resolve invoice and statement discrepancies
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner
  • Track sales and use taxes throughout each month
  • Review vendor RMA documents to ensure credits are applied when necessary
  • Reconcile employee credit card statements
  • Manage purchase order database to ensure accuracy of pricing
  • Maintain courteous relationships with external vendors
  • Ensure invoices are filed upon being paid
  • Manage W9 database
  • Annual filing of 1099s
  • Perform other special projects and duties as assigned or required

Additionally, qualified candidates will meet the following requirements:

  • Associates Degree or vocational training in accounting or finance
  • Minimum of two (2) years Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well in a team-environment
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Willingness to be flexible and apply new programs and technology
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, co-workers, and vendors/suppliers

Quality Inspector

A person in the role of the Quality Inspector or Quality Technician would need to have the following skills:

  • Inspecting paint and molded parts for conformity to visual standards
  • Perform basic dimension inspections per drawing and work instructions
  • Handle in-process inspections
  • Use a variety of inspection tools
  • Understand the importance of calibration, and how to tell when tools need to be calibrated
  • Completing inspection reports
  • Bags, tags, and inventories production parts
  • Maintains high production standards and communicates with the production department

Finishing Technician

Duties

  • Installs brass inserts in rapid prototype, fiberglass and injection molded parts
  • Trims rapid prototype, fiberglass and injection molded parts
  • Assembles rapid prototype, fiberglass and injection molded parts
  • Prepares parts for painting by sanding and sandblasting and filling with epoxy and polyester fillers
  • Use of air grinding and sanding tools
  • Use of saws and cutoff tools

Physical Demands

  • Able to stand for 5 hours at a time
  • Able to occasionally lift 60 lbs
  • Able to wear Protective Personal Equipment needed for the position
